Who collects personal data?
Your personal data is collected and stored by the Limited Liability Company “DEPOSIT SIGN” (EDRPOU code – 43005049; location: 01010, Kyiv, 32/2 Knyaziv Ostrozkyh St., contact phone number: 0 800 33 13 13), which is the developer and sole owner of the DepositSign online service.
How is personal data collected?
Personal data is collected during interaction with the DepositSign interface, for example, through the user’s personal account, when you enter data yourself, etc. Personal data may also be collected when contacting our call center.
What personal data is collected?
DEPOSIT SIGN LLC does not collect data on its own, but stores only the information that was entered into the system by users during registration, obtaining qualified electronic trust services or other personal interaction with DepositSign online services. This is the following personal data:
- surname, first name and patronymic of the person;
- series and number of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine, other document certifying the identity, confirming the citizenship of Ukraine or special status of the person;
- date of birth;
- registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (identification code);
- place of residence;
- mobile phone number;
- e-mail address.
Why is personal data collected?
Your personal data is collected in order to provide high-quality and timely services, ensure the full functioning DepositSign. This applies not only to the system as a whole, but also to individual services that you can choose, namely:
- providing qualified electronic trust services;
- forming, verifying and confirming the validity of an electronic signature or seal certificate;
- providing access to an online service (secure storage) for transactions with the signatory’s personal key;
- creating and ensuring the functioning of a personal account for the user of electronic trust services.
By giving your consent to the processing of personal data and accepting this Privacy Policy, you also give your consent to receive informational messages from us, i.e. calls, SMS, e-mail, etc. This is necessary for registration, authorization, confirmation of certain actions in DepositSign, access to the online service (secure environment) for transactions with the signatory’s personal key or obtaining information that you may need or be interested in regarding the operation of DepositSign, the procedure for providing qualified electronic trust services, etc.
In the event that when the purpose of personal data processing is changed, such a changed purpose is incompatible with the previous one, before continuing to process your personal data, we will definitely ask you in advance to provide a new consent. If it is compatible with the previous purpose, then such consent is not required.
Where will personal data be stored?
Personal data will be included in the Personal Data Base “Clients of LLC “DEPOSIT SIGN” (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Base). The owner (i.e. the person who determines the purpose of personal data processing, establishes the composition of this data and the procedures for their processing) of the database is the Limited Liability Company “DEPOSIT SIGN”.
Personal data is stored on servers rented by LLC “DEPOSIT SIGN” in the Data Processing Center “Parkovy”, which are located at: Kyiv, Parkova doroha, 16A.
How are personal data protected data?
We take all possible organizational and technical measures to prevent information leakage – illegal or unauthorized access to it by any third parties.
The DepositSign system has positive expert opinions in the areas of technical and cryptographic information protection.
All personal data entered into the system is encrypted or depersonalized (i.e., information that allows direct or indirect identification of a person is removed from it) in cases where such depersonalization does not lead to the impossibility of providing services to users.
Personal data from the Personal Database is processed in DepositSign automatically, while their storage is carried out in encrypted or depersonalized form, which excludes the possibility of identifying a person.
Our employees gain access to your data (any) only in exceptional cases, for example, if you yourself have contacted our call center. Such employees must have provided a written undertaking not to disclose the personal data that they have been given. entrusted to them or which became known to them in connection with the performance of professional or official duties.
What is the storage period for personal data?
LLC “DEPOSIT SIGN” stores your personal data for the duration of the user’s personal account in DepositSign, but not longer than 5 years, unless otherwise specified by law
